How We Count Flow Completions

What Counts as 1 Completion

  • Customer completes entire flow (reaches Exit node)
  • Customer abandons flow after 10+ seconds of engagement
  • Flow times out after 10+ seconds of activity

What Doesn't Count

  • Sessions under 10 seconds (likely mistakes/misclicks)
  • System errors or failed connections
  • Test flows in sandbox mode

Pricing FAQ

Each flow delivers specific value to your business (support resolution, sale, etc.). Billing per completion ensures you pay for value delivered, not arbitrary platform windows. You might have multiple completions within one WhatsApp conversation window, but you pay for the actual flows completed.
AI flows end when the conversation times out (30 minutes default) or reaches a natural conclusion. Each AI conversation session = 1 completion. We also provide controls to set custom timeout periods for different flow types.
No! If a customer resumes the same flow within 2 minutes (extended sessions), it's still one flow completion. We understand USSD networks can timeout, so we built resumption logic to treat continuation as a single flow.

We've designed our pricing to be predictable, but overages can happen. We'll notify you at 80% and 95% of your usage limits. If you exceed your plan's limits, the following per-unit rates apply:

  • Flow Completions:
    • Starter: $0.015 / completion
    • Professional: $0.012 / completion
    • Business: $0.008 / completion
  • AI Executions:
    • Starter: $0.08 / execution
    • Professional: $0.06 / execution
