Conversations and AI are what the price follows. Seats are bundled, and a flat price past that, so people are never the thing that grows your bill.

Conversations

A conversation counts when a customer sends at least one message and gets a reply, from your bot or from one of your agents. Chats nobody wrote in, messages nobody answered, and test sessions in the simulator do not count. Your plan includes an amount each month, and anything past it bills at your plan's per-conversation rate.

Agent seats

Every plan includes seats for the people who reply in the inbox. Past those, a seat is a flat monthly price, the same on every paid plan, added or removed whenever you like. People who only read the queue do not need one.

AI usage

One shared allowance covers Intent Recognition, Knowledge Agents, Content Generation, inbox suggestions and buddy drafts. Usage past the allowance is billed at cost plus a processing fee. The allowance resets each cycle and does not roll over. Flows built from Prompt, Decision and Condition steps use no AI at all.

Staying ahead of it

Usage on every meter is visible in your account as it climbs, and we email you when you cross 80% and then 95% of what your plan includes. Your flows keep running past the line and the extra bills through, so the invoice is never the first you hear of it.

Storage is included, never billed.

Your plan comes with room for rows across your tables. Delete some and the space comes straight back.

Stored rows

Every table draws on one allowance: the customers a flow remembers, and the lists you keep for it to read. It is a limit rather than a meter, so however full it gets, nothing about storage reaches your invoice.

Topping it up

If you need more than your plan includes, buy a capacity pack: 25,000 rows for $49.00 or 100,000 rows for $149.00. A pack is a one-time purchase rather than a subscription, it stays with you through a plan change, and it sits outside the 30-day guarantee.
