You are solely responsible for Your Content and ensuring it complies with applicable laws and these Terms. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit Your Content.
The Service allows you to connect third-party platforms such as Intercom. When you connect a platform:
Data received from third-party platforms is processed according to our Privacy Policy and the permissions you grant during connection.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. You acknowledge that:
Our AI features are powered by third-party providers (currently Google Gemini). Your use of AI features is also subject to those providers' terms of service and acceptable use policies.
Conversation content and knowledge base data may be sent to AI providers to generate responses. You agree not to submit sensitive personal data, confidential information, or content you do not have rights to share through AI-powered features unless you accept the associated risks.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when possible.
The Service, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is owned by Radioactive Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.
If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, you grant us the right to use that feedback without obligation to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. We may terminate immediately for serious violations.
Upon termination, your data may be deleted according to our data retention practices. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including warranties, liability limitations, and indemnification) will survive.
Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Ghana, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Radioactive Labs regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights to any affiliate or successor.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
