A wiki starts out private: your team writes it, and the chatbot answers from it. Give it a help center and the same articles become a site your customers can read and search for themselves.
New to wikis? Start with writing one in the Knowledge docs.
A new help center is reachable only by its link, so you can share it with a customer or a partner and read it as they would. List it publicly when you want customers to find answers without asking you first.
Hide a page from the help center and it disappears from the site and its search results, while the chatbot keeps using it to answer questions.
Give the site a title, tagline, accent colour, logo and readable address. Take it offline whenever you like: the wiki, its pages, and the chatbot's use of them all carry on unchanged.
