Social publishes your posts, holds them for approval where you want it, and answers comments next to your support inbox.

Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok, plus your App Store and Google Play reviews, in the same workspace as your flows and your support team.

The social calendar for October with scheduled, published, approved and in-review posts, each tagged with its campaign

What you can post on each network

And where comments and mentions come back to you.

Facebook Page
Text, photos, video, reels and stories. Comments and mentions, with private replies.
Instagram
Images, carousels, reels and stories, with a first comment and collaborators. Comments and mentions, with private replies.
X
Posts and threads, with alt text. Replies and mentions.
LinkedIn
Images, video and documents, from a profile or a Company Page.
YouTube
Videos, with a thumbnail and playlist. Comments and mentions.
TikTok
Videos or photos, with branded content labels. Comments and mentions.
App Store and Google Play
Read and answer your apps' reviews, on Social Growth and Scale. Nothing is published to the stores.
Connect a social account: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and YouTube, each with a Connect button and a line on what it connects, then App Store and Google Play, which connect with a key
Six connected accounts for Kofi Fabrics: a Facebook Page, Instagram, X, a LinkedIn Page, TikTok, and YouTube marked as needing attention, most tagged with the team that uses them

Four roles decide who can publish

Everyone on the social team has one of four roles. A public reply from anyone but a publisher waits for approval, and every post, reply and hidden comment is kept in a history you can export.

Editing a post called Harmattan sale opening hours, with its text, campaign, and buttons to save a draft, publish now or schedule
Approval steps: Brand review by any approver, then Compliance by the Wholesale team
A post on tying a headwrap, published to Facebook, Instagram and X and failed on TikTok with the reason, in the New batik prints campaign, with its brand review approval recorded
  • Creators write drafts
  • Editors can change anyone's draft and hide comments
  • Approvers sign off posts for their team, and replies other people wrote
  • Publishers schedule posts, publish straight away, and reply in public without review

Plan a post once and fit it to each network

Calendar and campaigns
Write a post once and adjust it for each network. Group posts into campaigns, or import a batch from a spreadsheet.
Media library
Files up to 5 GB, checked against each network's limits before you post. 25 GB is included.
Crops
Set a focal point so crops keep the subject in frame.
Teams
Assign accounts to marketing teams, so each department sees only its own accounts and posts.
Five campaigns, such as Harmattan sale, Wedding season and New batik prints, each with a colour, the dates it runs and how many posts it has
The media library with a PDF price list, a 12 second reel and images, each with its size, and storage used out of 25 GB
Picking two files from the media library while writing a post, numbered in the order they will appear
The Instagram version of a post using its own reel instead of the shared images, with its format, first comment and a preview beside it
An image with its focal point set, and the automatic crops it produces at 1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9 and 1.91:1
A list of every post format on each network, marking where the image fits and saying why it doesn't, such as a reel that takes only video

Comments come back sorted by what needs an answer

Comments and mentions are collected, marked positive, neutral or negative, and flagged if they look like a complaint, fraud, an outage or a legal problem. The list you work from shows only what needs an answer.

The Comments list of comments and mentions waiting for a reply, such as a question about kente colours and a warning about someone selling fake cloth, each with a status and an assignee
A Facebook comment about a double card charge, with a public reply and a private message beneath it, and its history: assigned, replied and replied privately
Writing a public reply to a TikTok comment about batik prices, posted as the shop's account, with its 150 character limit shown
  • On Facebook and Instagram you can reply privately, once per comment within 7 days
  • When the author writes back, the conversation reaches your flow or your support team, where it can become a ticket

Email alerts warn you when mentions spike or turn negative

Set alerts for a sudden rise in mentions, a jump in negative comments, or anything flagged as a risk.

The Listening dashboard: 170 mentions in the last 7 days, over a third of them negative, a chart of mentions per day by sentiment, and recent alerts flagged as fraud and a complaint
Open listening alerts: two mentions flagged as fraud and a complaint, and a run where 82% of 17 mentions on Delivery in an hour were negative

Start with one channel

Most teams start with website chat. WhatsApp and the other messaging channels come with Pro, and Social can be added to any paid plan.
